Common questions

Do I need a subscription?

Yes. Stillena requires an active subscription or trial after onboarding. Available plans, prices, and trial eligibility are shown in the app before you subscribe. Apple manages payment and renewal.

How does optional AI work?

Stillena prefers Apple on-device AI when supported. Cloud AI is optional and requires your consent. If enabled and available, the text needed for an AI request passes through the Stillena backend to an external AI service for processing. You can turn Cloud AI off in Preferences.

Can I lock my journal?

Yes. Enable App Lock to use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Your device handles authentication. Stillena does not receive or store your biometric data.
